The censor bars are preserving a joke made in Japanese where Rin's dialogue was partially censored, indicating uncharacteristic rudeness. Because I wasn't 100% clear on the word she was using there I opted for the black box style censorship as opposed to something more limited.

It always surprises me that people are surprised by this but yes that is the same Kagaya Hana, she just grew up a little. She's still up to her old tricks though
