I'm assuming since Miki and Yoh live in separate places now they're no longer together? The omission of the aunt Yuu in the Yuri Natsu Afterstory makes me wonder if Mochi has retconned the incest element entirely or is just waiting to drop it on unfamiliar readers like an anvil. We did see Yuu's daughter this chapter so it could go either way?

It's worth noting the Yuri Natsu Afterstory short was originally written around the time of Wagayuri volume three, so what was included then may or may not impact the story now. She said then that she would try it out for two years and if she wasn't making progress as an artist she would come back to the island and get a "real job" to support Yoh and the Inn (the same way Yuu works as a fisher to provide for Nene and their families). It's been two years now, so I suppose we'll find out soon if Miki is coming home or staying on the mainland with Tsubomi!

I had forgotten about their plan! I might need to reread Yuri Inn again.

hmm, somethings not right... I suppose maybe its just the art style changing over time, but one of Mochi Au Lait's main things is everyone's EYES are constant, and the girl handing out fliers eyes aren't quite right for the character that left the island with Tsukuda in chapter 36... Plus she wasn't ever shown wearing glasses. Not too sure, but something isn't adding up...

I’m so glad to see everyone having fun! I do wonder if the missing person plot is going to be a big part of the story. It was also really funny seeing Itsumi bring up the time she waxed the floor to get revenge on that teacher so many chapters ago, what a callback!

Is it a reference to a different manga? The inn manga this author has? Maybe she’s the sister? Im not sure as I haven’t read it.

Ive wondered what the final panel here was about for years. Looks like I might finally be getting an answer?

What am I even actually looking at there? I assume the plaid was the flannel shirt she had around her waist, but I can't tell what else is being shown.
