They were originally done by a different group who was either banned or just left Mangadex and took their work with them, the current scan is a group who picked where they'd left off before those chapters were all deleted.

They're print-only and have subpar print quality in general, I've bought several volumes from them over the years and the printing issues have been consistent for as long as I've been buying them.
