    So pathetic, whenever I read the original villainess version it's always using the most clever ways to solve their problem.

    You know ice power kind of weird for any people who know their stuff because the energy doesn't can't be destroyed, and cold mean the energy were shoo'ed away to somewhere

    So my own explanation for ice power in my head is the characters turn the energy back into matter so very small.

    If fictionnal universes respect thermodynamic rules, then the ice mage just dissipate heat around them. I mean, it's the same with a fridge : they make cold inside, but they heat what's outside, which mean the room they're in is hotter than the others rooms in the house everything else equal. Also, magic energy for ice mages is the same as electricity for a fridge.

    But no one feel it because the heat dissipate in a large volume, especially when you're outside, even more when you're surrounded by ice and cold, even more square when you're fighting and don't care about the temperature.

    @UnnamedPlayer ive seen that explanation before but they never mention about the heat being moved somewhere so i think condensing it into a matter would be better explanation, since technically didnt break rule but still bend the rule enough to make some sense lol

    You know using DMCA to erased one-shot are dick move.

    Like if it's serialized series they can reprint it and all, but one-shot is being printed on magazine only, except rare occasions of anthology volume.

    If you miss the magazine on release there is nothing you can do. Like such an asshole, they lose nothing on one-shot and still erased it. You can't read it online nor buy the magazine cuz it's limited date released.

    Btw feel free to correct me, as far as I know it's very dick move

    The cute and fluffy one and the one that make you realize how lonely and sad your life are.

    There is literally no explanation or reasoning for it, my brain just kind of do it. Rn I feel the latter, it's pretty damning

    because when i look at animal its impressive how a lot of thing just wired into their mind and they just able to do it. Like young bird, they need to succeed on first few try or becoming a meal, or how bee and spider just build their nest no planning or AI powered optimized workflow

    We do have a lot more than we think, but I guess they just seem normal for us. But you only have to look at babies and how they grow to see how fascinating their development really is. At the beginning they are unable to really move much and can only crawl when they are a bit older. But "for some reason" they suddenly try to stand upright and don't seem to give up, even when they are constantly falling down again. It remains a good question if this is instinctively or from looking at us. (Though people born blind also walk on two legs, so more food for thought)

    Some examples of clear cut instincts : fear of height (babies have it), yawning, expression of emotions on the face (disputed but likely), learning to walk as said before by a_singular_strike, an instinctive form of swimming that babies have, plenty of reflexs that dissapear a few months after birth (but can return after brain damage in some rare cases), freezing when sudden noise/danger. Fear of spiders and serpents is disputed and have a good chance to not be real.

    For more complex behaviors, it's less clear cut.
