Its was obviously meant to be Miyahara tbh. Whether its rushed or its a totally noncommittal ending I have no idea, but I don't think "both" is an option. I'd rather it just ends with him deciding he likes Miyahara more and there being a very clear sign of reciprocation from Miyahara at the end.

I think she may be on the autism spectrum but I'm not sure if OCD is the actual manifestation of it. Frustration at things being "out of place" can be true without actual obsessive compulsions, and her tendency to be a cold observer to other people's lives and feelings feels like high...

Seems like it was axed, the suddenness of developments int the last few chapters don't seem planned. His gun seems to abruptly lose 20 lives that get handwaved away and everything is made way more urgent. Seems pretty similar to axed mangas that do timeskips and other stuff to wrap up the plot...
