Its was obviously meant to be Miyahara tbh. Whether its rushed or its a totally noncommittal ending I have no idea, but I don't think "both" is an option. I'd rather it just ends with him deciding he likes Miyahara more and there being a very clear sign of reciprocation from Miyahara at the end.

No you shouldn't use AI to translate or proof read. The issue with an AI is that it wont always be able to understand the what is actually happening in the manga and will suggest the wrong translations. A human has to be able to look at both the art and the text to work out what is actually meant.
