I am too lazy to go back and re-read old chapters, but I guess the movies was when Kogahara became infaturated with (Lemon-piloted) Sunao? And now that it's been pointed out to her that it was actually Lemon, she's questioning the whole moment?
I mean, she liked Sunao-piloted Sunao well enough, but if it was such an important moment for her, it could make her rethink the whole thing

Pretty much, yes. Kogahara is inexperienced with love so I don't think she really has an easy way to understand what she's now feeling. She might think its shallow to fall for someone in a male body whilst believing they're a man, but not fall for them after knowing the person inside was a woman. It doesn't necessarily mean she'll suddenly transfer her feeling to Lemon but I think she'll feel very uncertain for a while about who she really likes.

Perhaps one of the worst moments to tell kohagara this, but sunao couldnt have known and to delay it would be a bad move too. Props to being honest, many romance mcs cant even muster that.
It would be hilatious if this leads to a love triangle where kohagara loves lemon, lemon loves sunao and sunao loves kohagara but none of the love is reciprocal. (Alternatively it could lead to a poly ending but not only do i not really want that for this manga i also havent seen one of those in forever).
Im glad we seem to be finally having our kohagara arc and from these past few chapters it seems pretty obvious what feelings and ideals she will wrestle with during it. I was kinda down on the manga when the endless flashbacks happend but now im back in.

Another thing that is curious is, back in the beach movie arc, Natsumi felt confused when Sunao-piloted Lemon did the confession scene acting. I was kind of disappointed this didn't get a follow up back then, but this chapter bringing up those past moments, I wonder if there's hope to be more exploration of Sunao-Lemon's and Lemon-Sunao's interactions with Natsumi from before she learned and how she feels about it. I think that would be a very good turn for the story.

Her feelings were brewing long before but that was when things started to come together.

For attentive readers not trying to make every interaction of two female characters something to coom to, the ground work was laid in the lead up to the date that was just the moment she became aware that she had caught feelings.

However, for Kogahara who is simply shy and inexperienced in love and not some sort of A-label, this is very likely to be used as a reason for not addressing her internal dilemma and trying to sort her feelings, and instead as a reason to stomp her feelings back into the box, stay out of lemon's way, and avoid the messy problem of how she feels.
You know, until she realizes it won't work and things boil to a crisis point.

You act like she has a choice.
After all the shit she put Sunao through, turning bi for Kogahara is the LEAST she could do to make it up for it.
