That explains so much. I was thinking how weird it was for this tree who not only has the memory of being reincarnated from a human but also had such an emotional attachment to the two first humans he met was so quick to turn to killing and enslaving humans.
@enyoteremchi That wouldn't make any sense. He's the one who ordered her execution, why would he send her back in time with her memories to save herself? Also technically, the MC is the regressor (i.e. she is the one who had memories sent back in time). The mage is just generally looking out...
I was kind of hoping that they would be able to see each other's Sword Emperor if even just for the ghost interacting with his clone. But that would make things too easy :P
@wawawelon was your ship ever afloat? I thought Fujisaki had feelings for the MC's brother.
EDIT: nevermind just read one of the extras I missed. Apparently, it's the other way around lol. But regardless I don't think Fujisaki ever had feelings for the MC.
