Exactly, and to be honest I kind of fretted about how to translate it, but ended up just going with what I did. 幼馴染 is usually translated in English as "childhood friend", but the 馴染み means "familiarity". 馴染み客, for example is what bars (or hookers, apparently) call regular customers.

We don't have a website (maybe there's a placeholder up or something, I don't know.). So if you're paying someone for early access, you're getting ripped off. We posted the chapter as soon as it was ready.

Their homes are really close together. "You two take a bath together, and while you're doing that I'll run home and take a bath there. That way we can spend more time together." wouldn't have been embarrassing in the least.

Because it was only the third "na" who was introduced. The chapter title in Japanese was "Osanananajimi" (with three "na"s); when the first two were introduced it was "Osananajimi". Presumably when Zuu finally makes an appearance the chapter title will be "Osananananajimi"; we'll likely title...

I wrote up a little explanation to put in the credits page (I really don't like to use margin notes unless the story just isn't comprehensible without it), but it seems to have been lost in the shuffle. But yeah, pretty much what your explanation was.

I honestly thought so back in Chapter 1. One of the original translations, which I've since changed for the sake of accuracy, showed Mom needling Yuuchi about whether he thought Sumi was cute.

That was probably my fault. I meant "terrible" in the sense of "ill". "She looks like she's in extremely poor shape" or "She looks like she's very poorly" would have been more accurate translations but not for the available space or the tone.
