Dirty, vulgar, and nasty are all given as decent translations of えげつない by the closest dictionary I had to hand. Why would you have preferred naughty? Note that all human translators localize to some extent; manga would come out as unreadable otherwise.

I don't think she's ever said she had a boyfriend, at least in the time I've been translating. If she did, it slipped in during editing or something because I know the narrator said Yoko had never had a boyfriend.
