My biggest gripe about the ending the useless addition of the blood related father towards the end. The character gave off creepy pedophile vibes especially since he was the mom's teacher unless I read the wrong translation, and he was a tutor.

Damn this chapter really hits the feels. Losing your last match in high school always sucks especially if you don't plan on continuing to compete afterwards.

Isekai's really need to get rid of the slave cliche. Sure some realistic ones could have it, but these fantasy worlds full of wish fulfillment should just stop already.

This started out realistic, but these last two fights are just so unrealistic. How the hell does a boxer lose against and amateur whose main trick is change of pace? Just because you beef up and lift weights does not make you a harder puncher either. This is getting to shounen level fights.
