[PLANNED] [Uploads] Add checkbox for "Silent" attribute to new chapter uploads

Over the last few days, the ‘Recent Updates’ section has been full of mass uploads from certain groups.
Here's what it looks like when that happens...

On behalf of some of these uploaders, I think it would be nice to have a way to stop the posts from appearing in this section (at least temporarily), either by enabling something on the chapter upload page or through the API at the time of uploading the chapter...

Here's an idea on how it could look like (it's just inspect element, okay?):

But then how would people know that the chapters were uploaded? Even if the toggle adds a delay they'll all still show up at once in the list.

On the updates tab. If a title mass uploaded is not part of your feed, you probably don't care that much about it at the moment. If you do, seeing it through so many uploads would be sheer luck. Either way you're not seeing it.

But then how would people know that the chapters were uploaded? Even if the toggle adds a delay they'll all still show up at once in the list.

They'd still appear in your "Followed Updates" page. Just not in the main page.

For what it's worth we have a pretty good idea of how to do it nicely, and it boils down to allowing a publishAt value being set at chapter commit time, and set in the past.

It's planned and shouldn't be too too hard on our end either.

what about having it so that if an update is made within a time frame (lets say a week) it rather than creating a whole new post just pulls the previous one and updates it with the new info. so that way you only have a series show up once in the list rather than having 8 pages of the same series

This makes more sense as normally chapters come out per week.
If it's group together per week, mass uploads would be collapse into a single title in your updates too, instead of scrolling through 9 pages of the same set of titles that we have now.

Sadly that wouldn't be possible, since the feed pages fetch content using the chapter list endpoint (since the title list endpoint doesn't give that information), so there's no easy way to do that...

Would atleast like that if I've already read up to a certain chapter in things, updates of things from before would not show up on my follow/uploads list. Holy crap the spam I get atm.
