People are fully able to understand that and still not enjoy it. Not mutually exclusive things, my guy.
If someone writes a manga and intends for it to be bad and not fun to read (not speaking about any specific manga here), it's still bad and not fun to read. The intent is largely irrelevant.
I think its good at what it's trying to do. Every turn is unexpected and well...degenerate. I've yet to see anyone criticize it in a way that can be described as being objectively bad.
Yes, subjectively bad, when taken in the context of various genres being thrown out....black comedy, ace attorney clone, etc, etc.
But this isn't really trying to be any of those, is it? Take the first example. I find it hilarious in itself that someone actually thought this was 'black comedy'. It's not like anyone has even died or that there is any focus on particularly bleak outcomes. The author presented stereotypical magical girl ends, so it's hentai satire.
I don't think there's any issue with not enjoying it. Whatever floats your boat, or doesn't lol. But not enjoying it then trying to validate your lack of enjoyment by misrepresentation, for a manga that is obviously going to be controversial in the mainstream? Now that's just both karma farming and snobbing.
Now as for myself, as light hearted and very...targeted satire, I also wouldn't say its the best, but it's still entertaining enough. Shame today's manga community would rather act like literature snobs, read the same shit over and over again, and be disingenuously "objective" about the stuff they don't like. Even when the strength of manga is we can have variety like this, and when there are thousands of manga people can read instead if they find one doesn't work for them.
