It was a web novel, but I'm not sure if it was ever made into a Manga. Let me do some digging and see if I can find it.

It was adapted, but there's only the first part of the first chapter here on MangaDex. And the novel is completed, but not completely translated =/

Edit 2: the "Magic" (the novel distinguishes true "Magic" from "Spells") the MC first uses is [Mini-Universe](Fireball) in which he creates "the big bang" to create his own micro universe that will exist for 430 Billion years and since he controls it he has control over spacetime within his detection radius while maintaining the spell. The 4-D Fireball comes later and is [Ultra Sphere Surface](Tesea) which is described as "A 'ball' is a surface that you get when you stack circles on top of each other, and a circle is formed by Stacking straight lines together, so what would happen if you stacked many 'balls' (don't laugh) together?" the description is: "There was a single Fireball in Igni's palm, at a glance there were many fireballs inside of that fireball, and many fireballs stacked on top of each other to make a strange shape. But that is an inaccurate description. It only appears that way because we are trying to comprehend a 4-dimensional shape with our human eyes." it goes on to describe that by dropping a higher dimensional object into a lower dimension it contains 'infinity', hence his Fireball contains infinite energy.

I just thought the concept was super fucking cool, so when I see a Fireball turned into a sun in this Manga and the quote "Complete Infinity" my brain made the connection.
