I don't disagree that they purposefully chose this power to nerf him and get rid of him as soon as they can. It's very inconsistent with the powers Jack 'Not' Ripper used against Heracles. However, 'that man only felt the recoil when shooting' is incorrect in every fashion. Simo actively describes the number of people he killed in his memoir as his 'sin list'.
