At the very least, we got the immediate problem, Sylphy's health, resolved.
Still, this leaves a lot to be desired. Tons of questions that will never get answered.
I would have wanted to know who brought Towa over to that world and gave him the bracelet, and why... seems to be somehow related to Vestal. And - the long term story - will Towa's secret be exposed (maybe he even reveals it to his girl friends) or will it be kept until Towa eventually becomes a witch (and a woman)?
If it were me, plot wise, after obtaining that Feminization ability, learning Light Magic and unlocking the Magic Armament, we can conclude that Towa is on a route to turn into a full-fledged witch. Gaining that dragon for a companion would then be another step in becoming Vestal's successor and fight evil as the next legendary witch.
The protagonist pretty much enjoys this new life quite a bit, trains to level up and get better at magic. Currently there are still a lot of situations where Towa is insecure or feels out of place - like being naked in the bath with all the beauties. But I guess, over time that will become more and more normal/natural. Gaining life experience as a girl and increasing magic power most likely affects the Feminization ability as well, at least that's how I would develop the story. It could be easier for Towa to become and live as a girl - since (s)he's more and more used to it. It might even get to a point where the transformation ends up being permanent because the skill evolves or Towa choses to forfeit her male past and live as a woman.
