This scan group is all over the place with naming characters, even though the name readings are given for each character...
For example, in chapter 6 they call Maya "Mayu" even though the reading "まや" is given in the raw and on the website character listing. In chapter 3 they call her "Shinjo" for some reason.

I could be wrong, but chances are that Hana/Kotoka are the same and the scan group has messed up.

Normally, I roll my eyes at these "I'm obsessed with marrying you because you were nice to me" plots, but today I had a realization: considering how many parents abandon their children and how many siblings and classmates physically assault you in manga, someone being nice to you is actually a big deal.
