It may be fantasy, but remaining believable should still be a must.

Right? With an army that size, you'd be able to see the dust they kick up just from marching at least a half a day out. You'd literally have to have teleportation magic capable of simultaneously moving tens, if not hundreds, of thousands at once to manage it.

Which we know they don't have, or else we wouldn't have had all those marching sequences.
