Everyone here is acting like she’s a complete psycho who‘s gonna snap and kill him any second now, but honestly, this is barely outside of how I would expect stupid teenagers to act. The dude literally did not text her back for an entire week and offered no explanation as to why.
In high school, I knew guys that got screamed at dumped for not texting their girlfriends back within an hour. They’re teens. They’re overly emotional and react in stupidly Insane ways to almost everything, especially romance.
Sadly, MD comments are almost always doomist in cases like this. Understandable, we all read some negative shit.
But sometimes it's a bit too much lol
Anyway, the whole "gig" is obviously exagerated, in a chapter that screams weird from the very beginning:
it starts with Minezaki most likely doing something Sawada didn't expect and his reaction is most likely on the line of "cool, but turn it down a little bit", which could be the "beginning to Minezaki's negativity" (first weird point, bc I thought we skipped something...I even went back to previous chapters).
Let's add the fact that they couldn't make plans for a 3 day break and, to top it off, an entire week of no contact for the whole flu + toilet gig.
Now, I'm just speculating, but after all that, it might be possible that she fell into loneliness. That take us to the yandere gig which is weird asf, because never Minezaki was jealous of her friends...quite the opposite.
The weirdest part is indeed the last dialogue, with Sawada probably trying to over-satisfy Minezaki to "bring her back", but I have to admit that it came out super weird from a reader pov.
To sum it up, "weird" chapter but I'd still consider it a gig chapter and wouldn't read too much into it yet. The manga is doing a great job in narrating a bdsm relationship...I don't think author wants to fuck everything up after all that
