It's good so far, i wish it just be a normal romance between MC and Yorumiya but it's obvious from the cover that this would be a war between 2 girls. I guess it much easier to write a conflicting love choice between one of the 2 girls rather than making a much heavier theme like Gimai Seikatsu

We have seen the main character in his bleak future, we have seen the time leap, we have seen the saved osananajimi ojou-sama, and her hand has finally been offered to him.

That's a very good place to drop the story because the rest is likely going to be less interesting than the first arc of the story.

The media wouldn't know, though. He'd likely be investing through the stock market. Unless you're investing like 1 million dollars into each company, nobody would care. The IRS would, but if a normal person somehow invested enough into stocks to get 1 million dollars to invest into another company, the money trail and your income would be legitimate. In some countries, capital gains through stocks purchased through the stock market are not taxed.

Theres actual history between them and he(with future knowledge) just happened to be there at the right time. Though this time he saved her from despair.

A list of names would have been worthless. You can't have leverage on someone unless you know exactly what he's done or planning to do and posess material proof that can land him in trouble. Otherwise it's just a "I know you're up to something bad!" proposition.
