The original was really only involving Shizuka (from the reincarnated guys memories). She actually was NTR'd in that timeline, he just got involved with her early. She does turn out to be that sort of girl in terms of kinks, but MC couldn't have known that at the time. The girl with the obsessed brother was not saved originally in the 'sequel' doujin/h-manga.

I do find it funny that the manga has actually neutered the sex almost entirely. Considering he's had sex with all four females in the WN, and Oyakodan was on the menu. If not more than just the threesome, though it has been a year plus since I read the WN, so that might be wrong.

Though the manga has definitely changed plot lines entirely, so who can say what else might change.
