I feel like this is a bait. The playboy saw the President leaving the school with Gotou, and he used that as "leverage" against Akito's feelings for Gotou to get her to go with him. I feel like next chapter is going to be a flashback to what playboy told/showed Akito, showing her reluctance but ultimately going with him. The chapter after that will be Pres/Gotou following playboy/Akito and I feel like it will go a few different ways.
1, PB tries to force his way on Akito causing Gotou and/or the president to stop him.
2, PB tries to force his way on Akito and she just accepts it, clearly upset and unwilling. PB realizes this and stops himself, showing character growth.
3, PB forces himself on Akito and they go all the way, meanwhile Pres and Gotou watch leading to Pres forcing herself on Gotou.

I don't really want to give this author credit for much of anything, but this seems like a good way to advance that plot point.

First of all I'm pretty sure this is bait still as I don't think this author would have hesitated to just draw an alleyway sex scene if that's what went down. Dunno how I feel about that. Imo, there were nothing strong between them in term of relationship grow. They just fucked and that's all. And never author showed if his feeling was beyond being just CF. And even, in chap 62, he admited that he fall easily after having sex and he think is a bit of shallow.
He never tell her he was in remedial classes to begin (it's only because Akito ask him if they can meet back in chap 58 that she learn about that)and he never contact her. Sooo yeah seeing him with the pres, she can only react like that (I can imagine that she feel dejected because he's out with the pres for the festival, so like she feel he have made his choice. Remember back in 58 she wanted to met him). so yeah, he lose Akito as cf for now (real lose as she shunned him)

Admist the discussion, Gotou and Pres are asked by Inukai and Akito what they were doing. Pres say they are on a date. Gotou a bit stunned. When Akito asked to Gotou if it's true, he didn't say a thing to Akito directly, instead he asked the pres to deny (bro she asked to you so act ).
Inukai is suprised when Akito tell bluntly that she and him are on a date. When they are alone, Inukai ask her if she is alright with that. Akito say, with a dead face, that it's ok.
Akito doesn't dot that only out of jealousy, the dejection is real. For now, she think that Gotou has made his choice.

And Gotou, he just let it go, saying something like "she has made her choice" while crying.

Can't feel bad for the lass. And now we wait for the tl.
I imagine we need to wait 64 to see Akito pv (what happened after 60 and her thought after this encounter). Remember she wanted to be a better slut to take back Gotou...
