I thought you were talking about the childhood friend manga that got axed and the author pulled a ntr dj... or those extras of gal cleaning. (super will nuke this one when it gets it's well deserved axe)

the manga is Doujima-kun wa Doujinai, if you look for it in MDex, it appears in the related section

Yeah all I can say is this: to anyone planning to jump ship due to Akito, wait until chapter 63 at least to see where the author is going with this.

I have my thoughts about the last page but I'll save it for the next chapter discussion. Short version: lots of coping.
