Probably should've translated daisuki and aishiteru differently, maybe "I really like you" versus "I love you"?

So, cat-leaning beastmen? We're getting bits and pieces of worldbuilding, but there are still so many questions. Cat-leaning beastmen are pretty much just cats with intelligence comparable to humans, but are there also regular cats in this setting who are too dumb for much more than catching mice? Famao has a human face, so does that mean he's the offspring of a human and a sapient cat? What does that make Noru, since he's multilingual and so much bigger than Famao but without any other physical characteristics implying human ancestry? And if cats and humans can interbreed, are there weirder sapient hybrids out there like wolves crossed with horses?
