Could be another reincarnator joining an enemy organization, to accelerate an obscure sidequest's plotline, like maybe one hidden boss monster had the nemesis system or something, making them stronger the longer you put off facing them after unlocking the quest, because they're offscreening civilians.

a group of "world admin"/"God" decide it more fun to turn a world into a stage play after one god success in planting isekai people but "protagonists getting cocky and fell to ruined" is their favorite trope so it turn to hell quickly.

They basically choose a world and story for isekai people, make them believe they're protagonist, give them power and watch them live in the victim world along with their own isekai agent "the mastermind"

Mc is isekaied and is a sentai/power ranger nerd. and live by that code. now as a the villainous son of a noble freshly disowned he is surviving the magic academy as a student with no housing.

meanwhile a group of other reincarnated people also enters the school and goes around doing whatever they want. and because of their knowledge in the form of this is a game world. they took the initiative and are hailed as hero candidates.

the current situation is. mc and friends are volunteering at a kindergarten where they were attacked by a man that transformed into a armored monster.
(which as the named implies monsters with another monster as armor. which gives lets say a goblin equipped with a spider monster armor. gains spider monster properties and abilities like webs.)

Mc and co fought the man>monster off but he escaped. but the man part was later killed and the armor retrieved and given to rush. a guy who tried to condemn mc with lies and false justification. but got beat up self instead.

Rush went to one of the hero candidate for some counseling. and that guy zenon just regurgitate lines from a script in game.
but the situation and premise is not the same as the game. so those words pushed him that power=justice and friends= power (up). rush then calls out to his friends for a talk alone the kills them and sacrifice them to the crab armor. (his thoughts on this is his friends would be happy to make him stronger)

and now he is back for the children. something about children having high potential, which makes them good sacrifices.
