You know... one of my deepest desires is if one day a director takes inspiration on those sick movie posters from the 80s, with that cool art and concept, and makes a movie that portrays that awesomeness in great fidelity.

Nothing against the movie from where those posters are made for, but most do not have the production to give the same feeling.

Just imagine a scify/fantasy with that epic 80s feeling but made with the tech with have nowadays? It would be orgasmic.

To me, one of the few movies that reach that feeling is Speed Racer by the Wachowskis, that movie was ahead of its time.
