Why make a character with a disability if you wave it away in 2 chapters? It was already bad enough that it happened in Blind Girl Isekai, now this one.

This shit's weird, no idea why it's so highly rated. MC is blind, his whole goal is to make some sort of magic eye to see, but can aparently sense his surroundings and fucking READ by ch 2. The next couple of chapters are just wanky with mc being the smartest, most talented, most attractive 12 year old (yes you read that right) that gets all the attention and never has any stumbling blocks.

Just weird and wanky.

His vision has a small radius and he learns what colors look like upon the maid teaching him. If you’re looking for a semi-op mc that’s kinda strange (you’ll know once you read) and an mc who creates/invents stuff, this is for you.

I could be wrong, but if people born specifically from the hero's lineage are missing limbs/senses etc that sounds like the result of inbreeding.

That aside though. This is actually a very fun read. The way the mc acts, and the influence he's had on others, is hilarious. He also doesn't feel overpowered despite being a genius. And it's another plus that there's no isekai bs to fill in for why the mc is the way he is.

A solid 9/10 so far, it's been a while since I've read something that made me excited to see it as an anime.

I don't like generic isekai, but ths one is so niche that it's a good read.
I appreciate especially that the MC has only water magic and do a good job using it withou the usual crap of making laser cutters or some hyperdestructive crap. He just adapt.
This story is like if you follow the life of the eccentric/overly flirty sage in the hero party.

Mhh, idk. I guess the reason why some people dislike this so much is simply it's humour. I regard this manga as comedy first fantasy second. So I guess if the comedy doesn't hit it's mark for some, then with the more generic fantasy setting, this may come off as a very mid story. But I do think this is quite good. I am looking forward to new chapters.
