As far as the whole 'grooming' discourse. What is Evie supposed to do, exactly? She got sent back in time and told she has to do something with Elsa otherwise everyone dies. And she found her future gf in an abusive situation and being sold into slavery. Of course she's going to dote on her and help her as much as she can. Is she right for wanting to make herself Elsa's future destined soulmate? No? Yes? Maybe?
Also, with the memories of her original life, Evie has always been older mentally than every version of Elsa except possibly the future one. And anyway, this series has a bunch of weird issues with consent. The system/Evie's forced bullying, the 'love potion,' time loop shenanigans, etc. etc. Either you can let it bother you or just acknowledge that none of that stuff would be good in real life and try to ignore it and enjoy the story anyway. It's also magic. So...it's not possible.
