No, I'm pretty sure the mom is dead, otherwise the "biological donor" wouldn't need Taya's ability to alter fate to bring her back. My guess is that he was going to use human souls to power some sort of rift in space/time and either free himself before she got killed, or negate the death so she barely survived the humans hunting her and Taya down.

He would still get out at the normal point of time and be able to track them both down, but Haru and Bone Daddy would no longer be in the picture.
