-Underwater Copulation? If you're into mermaids, you'll see that a lot, yes.
-Trying to hide relationships? Should I remind anyone that we have that 'sentai x villainess' romcom already?
-Enchanting body? I've done a lot of A.I roleplay chat with that.
-Not getting kicked from party? Already read several.
-Muscular body + cute face? Been there, done that.
-Clothes not washed ashore to get noticed? NTR manga(s) has that.
-one girl trying to have harem but had to resort cheating? NTR manga(s) has that too.
-Relationship issues can bring downfall. Here we go again. Another "What are you fighting for?" subcategory.

ANYWAY, this seems to be a thriller kind of manga instead of just actual wholesome. It doesn't have anything like "Go Kill Demon Lewd" or anything. Just a story of a guy and a girl's love life as an adventurer in this "UNFOGIVING" world.
Nothing wrong with that, Ch1 already tells everything what a FIRST TIME reader needs to know, so they can safely choose to either continue or pass this manga.

Now for the CRUCIAL PART to a certain type of people out there:
Q: IsThIsHaReM?
A: I doubt it. Boy and Girl is so DeVoTeD to each other. And I don't see any hints of other girls trying to get the boy. Not on Chapter 1, at least.

My bet is it will either be a harem behind the "hero" character's back that eventually ends in something crazy, or it's a false flag like a "The party disbanded because we got married" type thing. Really depends on how the rest of this pans out. Third Option: The "hero" develops a harem with the female characters besides the priestess and/or develops feelings for the priestess and when he crosses a line the fall happens. Fourth Option: The most wild scenario; Everyone is sleeping with one another in secret like some weird polycule. I don't think most writers have the sauce to do this.
Based on the description:

and the first chapter we haven't seen anyone interacting in a way that would imply option one or option three. The mage we don't know a lot about. The catgirl seems airheaded and that could go a variety of ways. The hero seems potentially kind of concerned about party relationships but he hasn't given a concrete stance. The two other female characters are kind of scantily clad, and that could imply they will get involved later but there is no way of telling how much, and it could just be bikini armor for bikini armor's sake. You could get sex scenes with them and the protag. You could get sex scenes between them. You could get scenes where they get off to watching the male and female lead go at it. Who knows?
I overanalyzed this, but I'd say give it some more time before you raise the ntr flag.
