The only rule that would get your comment moderated is posting illegal content or links to it, porn, or affiliate links. So I guess the question is, what did you try to link? Searching the forums for comick, batoto, nyaa, etc. showed there are plenty of comments that don't get moderated for mentioning those (or even linking to them).

No I was just commenting about it just like you and I are doing now, one of the examples is in a chat thread on my profile, the mods did take a few days to redact the mentions of the site though, they did not do it instantly.

I dunno, maybe one of the mods was playing a prank on you. They didn't moderate one of the mentions in those replies, either. Also, like I said, lots of people mention those places all the time on the forums. The example you provided is literally the only time I've seen it.
