Knowing how the whole situation ended in the novel, it is DEFINITELY going to be a very painful ride before it gets better.Novel readers probably know best but things with Miss Heroine will definitely get worse before they get better
Perhaps she sees them as NPCs, not people. Why is she saying everything she’s thinking out loud? Is she stupid?
First she forces herself into their outing, despite them intending that to have been theirs, then she mostly uses it to question them and murmur something rather insulting, making their outing awkward.
Like, there are ways to gather information without being a jerk, miss heroine

Finally get a story where the "isekai heroine" is not actually the protagonist, so all the small things they say out loud come off as the words of a crazy person...Perhaps she sees them as NPCs, not people.
There's quite a few like that already. Finally get a story where the "isekai heroine" is not actually the protagonist, so all the small things they say out loud come off as the words of a crazy person...

Yeah, the author really went hard on making her unlikable. They're 100% going to backtrack later with her sad backstory, but her behavior right now is rather unwarranted. She could've done her reconnaissance in a much nicer way, this just makes her look like a bitch.Crashing out because he wants to show off Rachel's beauty with the dress but at the same time doesn't want her to get attention from other guys lol.
Despite all the spoilers I've read about her and her actual legitimate goal for wanting to be with the prince and getting the good ending. Its still annoying to see her trying to wedge herself in between them
Reminds me of this one OI I read awhile ago. I don’t remember much about it, except for this one scene where the OGFL(who is a reincarntor) joins the school the fl is in and acts like that. Like she went up to one of the characters says something “wow, you’re the girl who becomes the OGFL’s best friend after she saves you from bullying!” and the character is confused and like “I don’t know you???”Finally get a story where the "isekai heroine" is not actually the protagonist, so all the small things they say out loud come off as the words of a crazy person...
Yes, I did quite enjoy that from start to finish. Though it's still different in that regard, since Remilia was able to obtain the knowledge of her world being that of a game in Japan. While Rachel has indeed found herself looped in time, her concept of the world around her is still that of an isolated bubble -- the notion that the Anna before her is a person brought in from outside of that sphere isn't even something she would be able to derive by her own abilities. You should check out "The One Within the Villainess" here on MD if you want a story that really thoroughly explores that theme.
