I never said i found mc becoming physically violent to be weird. That does not feel weird or to far at all for him to have an outburst like that, and the story has been building up to it. For him to want to murder everyone though is where i found it a tad hard to believe given how he has been portrayed so far. We all know author did it to put him in a similar situation/make him comparable to the first hero.
I probably wouldn't even have reacted much if he killed or gravely wounded the princess like he tried to. But telling them to kill all the soldiers doesn't seem like something he would do.

OK, so I'm guessing that excessive power has potential to warp the mind or supercharge the emotions, which when combined with the overall situation tends to lead to a summoned "hero" rapidly drowning in the power and succumbing to the most violent and explosive and dark parts of his personality, thus creating a demon king. With the first summons, they didn't know the danger and thus didn't take any precautions. Second summon they were too desperate and needed immediate action, so again they didn't stop to think of how to treat the hero and how to try and help him deal with the downside of the power. And this time, unable or unwilling to try and guide things carefully, they instead tried to chain them all down and beat them into submission, unwittingly building a far deeper and more profound darkness and rage in their "heroes".

While she failed in a sense, sending Kento to Volzard was actually his greatest salvation, as he found himself in a place where he wasn't worshipped, where he was surrounded by people he felt no enmity toward, and where people were willing to help but not willing to just accept if he did something wrong. In short, a place where he could grow as an adventurer into a hero rather than being raised up as a savior and drowned in pride and avarice. Unfortunately, that rage did still exist and grew as he watched his friends suffer. The one other great fortune for him is that the first servants he raised were noble warriors with a strong sense of honor, the sort that would recognize when their Lord was losing to his hate and moving in a bad direction and would be willing to stand up to stop their Lord if need be. Reinhardt would certainly face the armies of Hell for his Lord, but he'd also stop him from becoming one that would lead those armies for himself.

Also, one more thing. It's just been bothering me for some time: the locals' names, and the skeletons' names, are clearly Western, so why the heck is Fred being written as "Furedo"? It particularly stands out since the other names are clearly given their appropriate Western counterparts, like "Rainharuto" to "Reinhardt", yet "Furedo" is left like that?
