Bro, since when takiya is ceo, his position is the same as kobayashi in the company and i think kobayashi is better in her job than takiya because she helping more people in her company than him, even takiya it's self saying that the company will be crumbel if kobayashi is not in there, also don't forget the chapter when elma asking for less job to shouta dad only kobayashi that brave enough to ask it directly when takiya waiting with elma in another room, and don't forget to that kobayasi get first place and perfect score at mage test she literally is a sage 😂

Demon lore tease? Its been so long that I didn't even consider that ever coming back up. They haven't actually ever talked about demons. The only time they've been mentioned before was when Shouta was trying to summon a demon familiar and Lucoa interrupted it so something dangerous didn't show up.

Uhm seriously i can't think takiya can manage other people, Especially as department head. Kobayashi chosen because she is reliable person a lot her peer including takiya pretty much depends on her on daily basis.
