Might me some kinda Mage-granted ability, and/or or his family already knew about it beforehand, bc it seems Shouta ALSO knew he was White well before this; there's a panel in the recent Lucoa-focused ch. where Shouta appears to be asking Takiya for fashion advice, & the follow-up dialogue w/ Lucoa STRONGLY implies that he was actually seeking costume advice so that he could be an active contributor in the increasingly common major battles & still remain anonymous (w/ an added descriptor of something akin to "You know, like the masked man!" just to really tie it together. )

Christ, I love the panel that looks like it'd be an illustration in a childrens' book, in which dragom-form Tohru is giving a giant cake to what appears to be a deified version of Kobayashi. "The krogan dragon baked you a cake!"

also I like that Kimun and Telni fully understand the situation thanks to there time on earth. And the 2nd strongest chaos dragon also understands thanks to her jobs and is just laughing her ass of from all this madness.

I love that Telne immedietaly realised more-or-less what was going on. It really adds to her character.
I also like that Kamui just carefreely went along with things again.

Also, I wouldn't be surprised if there is aftermath later from what we're seeing there, like stray dragons and screwballs asking to join Kobayashi faction, or Kobayashi being invited to some negotiations as a "technicality" from Order and/or Chaos leaders, less because they think she actually should be there, and more because they hope she can talk down someone unreasonable.
I can especially imagine Telne and/or Elma asking for such a favor.
