...weeeeell, going by what was shown last chapter, she has no skills but an additional special ability (Gluttonous Demon's ...). It wouldn't be too far fetched if that's something related to consume and absorb enemies. She still has her racial abilities as a High Vampire, so she can fly, suck blood and such.

I assume she can steal other people's skills and abilities.

That should prove useful, but I guess the condition is to defeat them first.

Started well but rapidly turned into an inconsistent mess, bloated with tedious side-questing where plot armour and plot device engage in a never-ending war of attrition and 98% of all the problems that arise could have been avoided if the IQs of various characters weren't room temperature.
