This is from a LN, and this situation (though slightly different) all happens and resolves in the same novel. It's not about extending things. Rae's issue is not about burying her feelings, but feeling guilty because of what she is keeping from Claire. She shows as much during the chapter--the events we've been leading to for some time now.

Not exactly as it's presented but they had the discussion and reveal in the LN. It's just been retooled with some additions but the overall situation did happen in the LNs and at basically the same point of the story.

Otherwise, my comment's main purpose was to explain that whatever is happening was resolved in one book. They seemed to imply the author was padding or something. I wanted to clarify.

i really love how they decided to add this part, if my memory serves me right this didnt happen in the LN, looking back on it in the LN i dont think theyve directly talked abt it outright like in this scene about claire's feelings so this gave me a closure, its been awhile so im gonna go reread it again for the 100th time again, also i kinda expected them to get cockblocked since im sure they are saving it for "that" scene when we get to the actual shit

You know... You can just use the Yuri Hime raws. They're available like... Minutes after the magazine releases (on the kitty site).

It will almost certainly cover at least up to the end of Volume 2 (it already finished Volume 1), as that's a natural end to its first overarching story

I wouldn't be terribly surprised if it ends there as

Spoiler: Non-specific but broad spoilers for Vols 3-5 of the LN

Volumes 3 and 4 are a bit of a tonal shift, more drama flavoured with a side or order of fluffy gay... and Vol5 is super gay but also completely insane and does some absolutely crazy stuff with the story... like in the way of "Vol3/4 are a kind of natural shift, but Vol5 is enough of a shift that this may turn into something you didn't ask for" - I don't think Vol5 is bad, I quite enjoyed it, but it's scope goes crazy compared to the other volumes and introduces some themes you absolutely wouldn't expect from ther other Volumes

So if it goes past Vol2, I could see it doing the whole of 3 and 4.

But (unless the actual LN is different from the WN version I read), it COMPLETELY goes off the rails after the Twins. I really hope the manga ends there...

The more I read of the revolution arc the more I'm reminded the central premise is a sad OL failing in love with the VN adaptation of Marie Antoinette and thinking "I can save her".

Yes, we already use Yuri-Hime raws. Lirio uploads them similarly extremely quickly. I'm capable of raws-ripping as well, but so far I've only done it for 30.2 and the WIP of 45.1.

The Revolution Arc (Vol1 and 2 of the LN) which is revolution and the general main preimse the story set up early on, the Empire Arc (Vol3 and 4 of the LN) which is more grounded, less goofiness, more drama, and is about the Nur Empire and up to a point the Demons (Twins fleshed out here, I think they're introduced in the Epilogue of Vol2 but they get proper characterisation in this arc), and the "Finale" Arc (Vol5) which is indeed where things go completely off the rails and this turns from an Isekai into a mix of NieR:Replicant and the Xenoblade games in a way that I didn't find unwelcome, but is one heck of a shift and the thing that might be off-putting to to people that came into this series wanting nothing more than "Isekaied-into-a-fantasy-game Villainess GL"
