Or she's doing this to throw suspicion on one of the other girls. Also trying to find out how much Mahoro really cares about her husband to feel out how guilty she should feel.

I actually don't know if it's any of them - I think the author is gonna cycle through all of them as potential suspects.

The chapter count is correct. I've gone over this with Mangadex staff already (likely why they locked it).
Ganma is counting the spin-off chapters too hence the discrepancy.

Maharo thinking "why would a woman who receives that much love and affection have an affair with Rei-kun of all people?" Where those traits in particular are what probably the two she feels most feels are lacking from her marriage given what we've seen from her POV. Like maybe she's wrong sure, but so far the manga/she's been showing him as an inconsiderate husband who pays attention to her so infrequently that she finds it suspicious when he does.

We'll see what Rio has to say when confronted, but I wouldn't be surprised if she blames Kyouko. Seems like there's some important unsolved grievances between the three suspects, quite possibly towards Mahoro too. Maybe each of them saw Rei-kun with an unrelated fourth girl, and decided to take advantage of that to blame the one they have the most issues with. Maybe Rei-kun is cheating with all three of them. Or maybe they wanted to ruin Mahoro's marriage for some reason. The start of Ch.1 is fairly ambiguous, we don't know if Mahoro's accusation is specifically about cheating, or something else. In any case, I doubt there's a single innocent character in all this mess.

Also, Momoka could still be the owner of the cheater account, except the one she's doing it with is not Mr Hubby the Ass, but Rio's (yet to be introduced) husband.

I also feel like the story isn't so much about cheating as how Mahoro never confronted the flaws in the people around her, and now it's crashing on her all at once, making her feel like her world's turned upside down. When in reality, it's actually kind of always been that way.

Also from the way fmc talks about Rio's husband, it sounds like she never met him or rio never introduced him to the friend group and just had stories. Which makes me wonder if the husband even exists. She could be talking about rei and fmc could be none the wiser.

(i'd assume despite that other one recognizing him i'd think some stay at home mom would be too busy if not tired with kids to bother lol then again that happens too in stories)

author note-i don't mind screen tones but i think it's cute/nice and more real if it's redrawn each time even if inconsistent
