This is good. He's strong, but he's not perfect. Having her just randomly start talking would have been a bit too much, so Anna being able to figure out her feelings just by looking at her was plenty. Alec was pushing himself too hard, Ghost Mia noticed and was concerned, and Anna realized that concern and explained it to Alec. It's good to have an MC be a failure at times, as it shows him being more human. Nobody is perfect, except for Perfect Cell.

That said, RIP guild lady. Shot down without any hesitation.
