It's in ch 5. She just said it's convenient and misfortune. And there's further explanation in ch 15.2 about traveling solo priestess is a bait problem so she needs to travel in team.

Wow, an artist health hiatus? Not what I expected. I thought the author's bad reputation had finally caught up to this too. It's the last of 5 works remaining. (Second Life In Another World LN, manga, & anime all dead, as well as the LN for this series.) Also, Seven Seas keeping the license for both this and the light novel series whereas J-Novel Club cut and ran is intresting. Of course, Seven Seas had the sister series rather than the offending series, but it's still all Mine. After LN Vol 15 releases in mid-2026, what will they say when there is no continuation? Similarly, I doubt Seven Seas will release the eventual Galko-chan Volume 6, but they haven't dropped that license either, so you never know. I think they would cower to X pressure if they tried that, tho.
