I really think some of you still bashing the glasses teacher need to reread this manga from the beginning. You guys seem to forget that she is one of his teachers in current day, that is defending him and trying to clear his name to reverse his suspension caused by that jealous yandere girl from student council; that used her dad's connections to get at MC because she is jealous that the student council president is in love with MC.

Its crazy how she waited MONTHS after the even to apologize properly and even then she gave him a letter. Dawg if you're gonna say smth, say it to my face. Even if its intentional or not, at the end of the day, she's simply trying to save herself.
How busy was she at work that she couldn't spare enough time to go and apologize to him? Normally, she would have had to go to the student house and do a dogeza, apologizing to the whole family.
And when she finally did apologize, it was a letter, that he can read in his own free time. Bitch are you fr? I ain't reading all that. If you plan to apologize, do it, im not reading a whole Google dockey in MY free time because YOU want to keep face.
Lastly, really, all she cared was about herself, she didnt apologize cause she wanted him to have closure. She wanted her feelings to be validated. Directly quoted: "Despite how things turned out, I wanted to believe that there was meaning in everything I've done until now".
Oh it had meaning alright. She destroyed the whole concept of unity in that class. Kids get beat up, shunned. No one trusted each other anymore, walking on egg shells cause they don't want to get their face broken. I would even go so far as to say she caused permanent damage to the kids life and psyche, essentially giving them ptsd. Children are easily affected and the whole ordeal is something even adults would have trouble with especially in this story.
I don't disagree with any of your points, but I do want to point out that she was there for only 3 weeks. No idea how long she waited, but it was probably 1-2 weeks. It still is a crappy way to apologize.

I swear to fucking god every time I read a chapter I get more and more upset and pissed off, half these children should be in jail and the fact that both of the “teachers” have their teaching licenses still is downright INSANE
what's even crazier is that this ended better than it would've been IRL...where the victim would be the one blamed for 'causing disturbances' or something along that line and forced to quit/transfer school

and criminal justice system won't intervene in something that's 'just children's quarrel' including many legal systems that succumbed to the international pressure on 'children can't bear criminal responsibility' thingy

so? she was still extremely trash during this flashback and has yet to apologize. In the present, she is just doing barely above the bare minimum of what a decent human being should, and everything is clouded in she having a bad experience before

NAH, yes the glasses sensei was the worse offender by a HUGE margin, but we can absolutely blame the newbie, she literally tried to change the timeline when the MC said he couldn't do it at the time of the crime...
Himeyama seems to just be unsure of when she noticed it was stolen. Kokonoe jumps to accuse her as lying, rather than her just being a normal person who doesn't remember the exact time she noticed.

nah, she was pretty sure, he asked her "are you sure about that?" and she literally said "I don't think I am mistaken" and only started changing the story when the MC said he left before that timing. And she started changing the story immediately, it wasn't like she remembered something else, or figured out she wasn't that certain, no, it was that the MC HAD to be the culprit, no matter what, she reacted to the MC saying that he couldn't do it at the time she said with "then it must've been at a time you could" instantly

the trauma kid backstory situation is INSANE! sorry, but I find this series both heartbreaking and amusing. Great scanlation, and great oshi taste!

For this time, Bro took control not only of his class but also the flow of destiny. Everything came together like the pieces of a puzzle. He totally didn't overreact; at this moment, he was the most law-abiding citizen of everyone.

Man, that little bitch that sat next to him was especially conniving and opportunistic. Openly cheering for him to get his ass beat, then trying to suck up to him after he fought back and exposed them all as dirtbags. Yuck.
She really should've gotten punched too, damn shame. :cautious:

This bugged me when I read it in the light novel. Just kinda seemed like she gave up being a teacher quicker then literally anyone else would.

Kids are cruel, sadistically so. That's where stupid naive people going into teaching with hopes and dreams get crushed. Not to mention many teachers themselves aren't any better a lot of the time. Hell, neither is this system and how watered down it is now with discipline.
frankly I doubt letting sadists who become teachers to have power over children beat the kids more would make things any better lmao

Perhaps, though this letting kids get away with bloody murder sure isn't helping. Consequences are so non-existent now that kids know they can do virtually anything and get away with it. The things I saw from lack of consequences were so bad that it only ever stopped on the day we had a sub who literally threw the worst kids out of the class. Then it was back to chaos the next day once the sub was gone. Then it got even worse as our teacher quit mid semester from just how out of control it was. Beat these fucking children.
