Thats the after effect of the hypnosis his aunt put in him, he acumulated a lot of bad experiences which made him mature faster. Normally all those bad experiences are enough to make a kid want to kill himself, but the hypnosis make it impossible for him to do that so he just got emotionally stronger than any normal adult at that young age.

Since we know the teacher leaves from this, I wonder if it was really her choice or if the vice principal made them leave given what he saw and heard. MC shoulda lawyered up anyway to teach the kids an early lesson about bullying

Misaki gets traumatize by this after Yukito ignores her apoligies, she faints when she tries to give lessons in front of many kids. Yukito will help her overcome that trauma some arcs later.

She didn’t brainwash him, she put like a mental block on him so he wouldn’t have a breakdown and it was suppose to be temporary but things kept happening to him so she kept having to reinforce it. I believe that’s why he’s emotionless

She only did that hypnosis once and its permanent, but it can break if some conditions happen which it does, but once it breaks it was kinda late for his lost emotions. He is still emotionless in the current vol of the LN, but he at least accepts to be friends with more people.

went to the start of the flashback, to see where that thieving bastard made an appearance, but I think he doesn't.... so what was his motive? for stealing it and blaming the mc?

If I remember correctly the kid put the thing in Yukito´s desk randomly because the principal surprise him and to prevent to make him think he was stealing something he just hide the thing in the desk and went home. Then everything escaleted and he was afraid to be labeled as a thief so yeah it was bad luck of Yukito that the kid choose his desk.
