yeah i enjoyed this. i was waiting for her to fall into the nasty prince's arms so frog guy was a nice surprise

Probably my favorite so far (even if most of volume 1 was rather weak). Relatable characters and an interesting gimmick, though it's resolution was a bit random.
The whodunit mystery was shallow, but there's only so much you can do with this limited page count.

I would have liked to see the disaster that would have fallen upon the prince once her parents returned home. With that flimsy evidence, he beheaded an old and prestigious noble House's daughter. He obviously didn't do an investigation and had her executed.... No way her family would have sat by idle. He's only a prince and while royalty absolutely has an image to uphold, their power is Rocky when it comes to old established noble houses.

I especially like that they used the format for the fakeout. The prince is there in the cast page, leading us to believe he will be the ML ultimately, but then he's barely a part of the story and the FL does end up with the frog. Cute.

So attempted murder of a prince gives you a death penalty but if you do that and try to frame someone else for it then you only get imprisonment? Seems fair. Guess the judges were indeed corrupt.

Now this one is way better and glad the prince didn't end up with her. Tired of murderers or those ties to the murder of a character getting rewarded in endings

It's lucky that she wrote the fake orders herself though.

Considering that she's forging an assasination letter for the prince, I'm not sure how many people she could trust to do it for her.
