Look, shes the princess of a fallen empire. This guy is good looking, a great provider... literally owns his own island and secret town, stole bought the remnants of your empire staff, and is your one last ticket at making everyone who destroyed your empire pay.

I'd say that qualifies for a lil' sucky-fucky action, chemistry or not.
