that doesnt make much sense other than the usual god like figure rigging the system to hell and back.
nishina, the jealous god, the mother, its just one exposure to abuse, backstabbing and intrigues after another.
it doesnt seem to matter what youta does or decides, he just gets pushed to it via plot contrivance like a slave without control over his own life or even his own body.
reduced to a breeding tool under the watchful eyes of his disgusted god like childhood friend. and this "goddess of the sea".
