edit: that sound harsh but in Canada obesity is quite easy to attain like I'm 6ft 190lb and I'm technically obese even though I'm only slightly chubby. And I know in Japan it's stricter.

Even worse if you get those who blindly trust BMI, read news article about an athlete trying to get pregnant and the Healthcare worker noted it'll be harder as she's obese.
