P.s. Usual commoners get in through recommendations but that doesn't mean that the nobles will like it(the recommendations are usually a formality and then they try to get their children to bully the commoner out of the school) at least that's the case in most of these types of stories

Probably sort of also like the bystander phenomenon or whatever it was called. Like, “Oh, I can’t do anything. It’s out of my power. That person is from a VERY influential family, you know. It would be bad if the academy got on their bad side.” But CLEARLY they could tell that that last attack was literally attempted murder, right?? 😭
But yeah, no way the entire student body is meant to just bully one student, or ig even just in a hierarchal point of view, probably going too far.
