I started reading this recently because of the upcoming anime and having fun with all of the craziness, including chefs literally poisoning the judges, but I don't see how the manga can top potential mad cow disease.

How did she get cow brains from that drawing? I thought it was going to be cow tongue or something. Didn't Jan use brains earlier? Wouldn't that be a better way for her to think of it? On top of that, I'm wondering how she's going to pair steamed brains with avocado paste, considering the main ingredient is soft and delicate while the topping is thick and stiff.
