It's crazy how invested I am in this manga even though I've read a million School Life Rom-Coms before.
The MC has a simple design but actually has his complicated background touched upon (without being overly edgy or instantly resolved by FMC), and the FMC is interesting with her own quirks and charms, relying more on personality than design and/or sexual appeal to stand out.
Insane what good story telling, art, and characters can do in a genre that's saturated and typically mediocre
