By sheer ratio I think Masato wins: Sou has a whole lot less of competion(1/39 vs 1/5) and the men in his world tends to avoid women and be scared of them.
This world has more men and they do still seem to be attracted to women, tho it seems a lot see them as disposable.
Both of them would likely have girlfriends even in normal worlds, however i think Misato would have more pull because a lot of the reason these women are smitten can honestly work in our world.So far all 3 of the love interest have a similar pattern of being put of by the men/boys of these world's attitude despite being otherwise interested, which is something not a small number of irl women say.
That said tho, it might be because of how skewed the ration is, but Sou depth in rewriting women psyche is unmatched: Misato makes women into yandere, but Sou made them develop a power system and fundamentally changed their outlook on life in under a week
